My name is Jesse Tayeh. I am certified Personal Trainer since 2005, Certified group exercise Instructor and certified boxing and kickboxing instructor, was a registered pro fighter from 1999-2006.
I have been working as a personal trainer for the past 10 years, recruiting clients of different levels of athletic training, including models, actors, athletes and business executives and working with them to obtain their goals and maintain motivation. My clients were I have a proven track record in retaining clients on a long-term basis with solid results. I have a solid knowledge of anatomy, nutrition, kinesiology and exercise physiology.

My personal training philosophy is based on a sailing belief that joy is in the journey not the destination. Fitness is the key to the marvelous life long journey. At any age, one can choose to achieve greater degrees of health, strength, energy and self-esteem. Commit to feeling and looking fantastic and we will work hard as a team to design a personal plan of exercise and nutrition to keep you motivated and challenged. I approach my work with a high level of reliability, empathy, determination and passion!
